BISTREO — GLORIAFOOD MIGRATION CHECKLIST Reviewed 20 October 2026 https://bistreo.com/gloriafood-migration-checklist GloriaFood and Oracle currently publish different retirement dates. Confirm your own deadline directly and plan early. Sources: https://www.gloriafood.com/ and https://www.oracle.com/food-beverage/ [ ] 1. Confirm your service deadline Check your GloriaFood account notice and confirm your final service date with its support team. Public GloriaFood and Oracle pages currently show different dates. Plan your move early rather than relying on the later one. [ ] 2. Record your complete menu Keep a copy of categories, descriptions, prices, sizes, option groups, required choices, allergens, availability schedules and sold-out items. Save the menu images you own or are authorised to reuse. Check that no add-on or price is missing. [ ] 3. Record store and service settings Document opening hours, split sessions, pickup and delivery availability, delivery areas and fees, minimum orders, lead times, pre-order rules and payment methods. Include reservations if you use them. [ ] 4. Preserve records separately Keep the historical order and financial records you need while you still have access. Only move customer data you are authorised to transfer. Do not assume order history, customer accounts or saved payment methods will transfer into Bistreo. [ ] 5. Create your Bistreo store and staff access Activate your merchant account using the email link. Configure the right locations and give each team member access only to the stores they work in. Keep staff and customer logins distinct in your training. [ ] 6. Build and check the menu Set up categories, items and reusable option groups. Review prices, default and required choices, hidden options, item/category schedules and stock. There is no self-service one-click GloriaFood importer in Bistreo at present; allow time for menu setup. [ ] 7. Set up the order-taking device and printer Install the Android app, select the correct store and test order alerts. Check background receiving, notifications and battery settings. Connect the kitchen printer, print a test receipt, enable auto-print and save the settings. [ ] 8. Test the full customer journey Use controlled test orders to check guest checkout, pickup, delivery, scheduled and closed-hours ordering, required choices and payment methods you actually enable. Verify acceptance, decline reasons, missed orders, confirmation emails and receipt printing. Use payment-provider test facilities where available. [ ] 9. Prepare all customer links List the order buttons on your website, Google Business Profile, social profiles, menus, QR codes and printed material. Replace them with your new store ordering URL at cutover. You cannot assume a GloriaFood-hosted URL you do not control can be redirected. [ ] 10. Train the team and choose a quiet cutover Practise accepting orders, setting ready times, handling scheduled orders, pausing service, marking stock and reprinting. Decide who monitors each system during the transition, and avoid accepting the same order twice. [ ] 11. Monitor your first service Place a final controlled check through the new public link. Verify the right store receives it, staff hear alerts, the ready time is correct and the receipt prints. Watch for old ordering links, payment failures and duplicate printouts. [ ] 12. Retain what you need before retiring the old setup Confirm your new ordering flow is working before removing the old buttons or cancelling services. Keep your authorised records and a copy of the new configuration. Tell customers where to order using your own consent-based channels. Bistreo is independent of GloriaFood and Oracle. Automatic transfer of customer accounts, past orders and saved payment methods is not included.
