Sample menu · Fit entire menu layout

Fit your menu, or rotate it

Fit entire menu automatically resizes the assigned menu onto one page. Rotating layouts keep text readable and cycle through longer menus. Split a large menu across multiple screens for easier reading.

A different view on each screen

Show meals on one TV and drinks on another, or use automatic balancing. Choose portrait or landscape, control category photos and descriptions, and display a daily message at the bottom.

Keep the board up to date

Connected screens check for changes every five seconds. Saved display settings, menu edits, category changes and sold-out items update automatically. Inactive and archived categories stay hidden.

From dashboard to display

Set up your Digital Menu

  1. 1

    Select your store

Digital Menu is included in Bistreo Pro. Select the location in your dashboard, then open Store Management → Website & display → Digital Menu. Enable Digital Menu for that store.

  2. 2

    Design your screens

Choose a theme and accent colour. Use Fit entire menu to resize the menu onto one page, or choose rotating Classic board, Photo cards or Spotlight layouts. Each screen can be horizontal or vertical.

  3. 3

    Choose categories and content

Add up to eight screens per store. Assign categories to each screen, or leave them unchecked to balance unassigned items automatically. Show or hide photos and descriptions per category, and add an optional message of the day to each screen.

  4. 4

Preview, save and open on your TV

The preview updates as you edit. Save Digital Menu when ready, then open the screen’s TV display URL in its browser. Use full screen and keep the device connected to the internet. Each TV has its own screen URL.

Display links show your menu; customers use your website or table and room QR codes to order. If the connection drops, an already-open display keeps its last loaded menu until it reconnects. Keep screens online so stock and price changes stay current. Displays include gentle pixel shifting and brightness variation for screen care. Use your TV's panel-care settings and switch it off outside service hours; software precautions cannot guarantee against burn-in.
