01 / Hotel room ordering

Make room service easy to find

Create a room code for each room or suite. Place the printed code where guests can comfortably scan it, and test that it opens the right store and room.

02 / Hotel room ordering

Online payment or a room charge request

Offer configured online payment methods, or enable room charge requests. Staff must verify and manually post a room charge; this does not connect to a property-management system.

03 / Hotel room ordering

Room numbers stay with the order

Room orders are identified in the app with a room icon and number. Staff review and accept them alongside other food orders, with customer notes available for preparation.

Set it up in your dashboard

Use Selected store in the dashboard header to switch locations, then follow the steps below. Tap a screenshot to view it at full size.

    Enable in-room ordering

    In Store Management, select your store, then open Store & team → Services & opening hours. Turn on In-room ordering. Press Save services & opening hours. Then open Table & room ordering to add rooms or tables and download QR codes. Cash and online payment availability still follows the store’s payment settings. Allow room charge requests is optional: staff must verify and manually post an unpaid room charge.

    Add rooms or suites

    Under Add rooms or tables, set Type to Rooms. Enter numbers or names separated by commas, then press Add rooms. Add up to 100 entries at a time. Each entry receives its own ordering code; staff still accept incoming orders.

    Download the QR codes

    Use Download all QR codes (ZIP), or tick specific rows and choose Download selected. The QR code action on a row opens its individual code. Keep the printed white border, print at least 35 mm wide and scan-test the code before placing it.
